Nick Mackrizz is the mastermind behind this Peruvian fusion cevicheria. Much like the rythmic calm of the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, Nick designed Costa Sur to provide a relaxed escape from the everyday grind of South Texas. Mixing traditional Peruvian Cuisine and a Padre Island Time additude, Costa Sur will have you asking “my God, what was in that?” as quick as you can ask “it’s ok to dance, right ?”
